Free Requests
Visitors may receive 1 free appraisal request per day. Registered members may receive up to 3 free requests per day. Unused free requests do not carry forward.
Additional Requests
After the free allowance is used, additional requests may be purchased individually. The standard price is currently $0.10 USDC per request, unless another price is displayed at checkout.
Each purchase is a one-time payment and does not create a recurring subscription.
USDC Payments
Payments may use an x402-compatible checkout and USDC on the supported network shown at checkout. You are responsible for using the correct wallet, network, token, amount, and destination address.
Blockchain payments are generally irreversible. AppraiseThis.ai will never ask for your private key or wallet recovery phrase.
Refunds
Payments are generally nonrefundable once processing has started or a result has been delivered, except where required by law.
Refunds or replacement requests may be considered for verified duplicate charges, confirmed payments that did not create a request, or technical failures that cannot be restored.
Disagreement with an estimated value, insufficient evidence, inability to identify an item, or later changes in market value do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Important Limitation
Payment provides access to preliminary AI-assisted research. It does not purchase a licensed, certified, lender, tax, insurance, legal, or formal real-estate appraisal.
